PCB schematics, Gerber files, BOM specifications, hardware block diagrams, and enclosure designs for all wearable biosensing prototypes are protected design works and may constitute protectable industrial designs.

Research methodologies, experimental protocols, signal datasets, benchmark results, model weights, and derivative analyses are proprietary works. Any use in academic contexts requires proper attribution and prior written consent.
Visual & Brand Assets
All visual assets including diagrams, waveform illustrations, data visualisations, UI mockups, logos, and the trade dress of this website are protected graphic works owned exclusively by Nicholas TY Kwok.

Copyright subsists automatically upon creation under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong and is recognised internationally under the Berne Convention. Protection extends for the life of the author plus 50 years under Hong Kong law.
Moral Rights
Nicholas TY Kwok asserts the moral right to be identified as the author of all original works published on this site.
